Gouda Blues

Saw this happening a couple weeks ago, took picture today when checked again. Looks like my Gouda is turning into blue cheese :( well might be good, wont know till I try it, in about 6 weeks. At least I know that the blueing can occur in closed space, well at least I hope its edible blue :shock:
