more pics on site.

Gorgonzola-smooth, runny general nice flavour, nothing over powering.

Brie-Was very wet so wanted to check it out, then let it dry a bit and repack.

Stilton2-surprisingly a sweet taste and non overpowering.

Gouda-still going blue so I hope its still edable, maybe I'l crack it soon, its 4 months old.
