Cheese 3

Had another go, this time I got a cheese mould.
The new and improved Hobby Stuffer/Cheese Press
The mark 2 was a bit wet but tasted nice, so hopefully I've squeezed a bit more whey out of this one.
I also made Ricotta from the whey sorry no pics it went straight into some spinach and ricotta pasties.
If this works I'm going to have another go at Stilton
