Mascarpone meets Quark

made some Mascarpone yesterday

I followed the recipe and got something that has the texture of Quark and nearly the creaminess of Mascarpone. :?:

It an't like ASDA's

Is there something I've done wrong or is this more what Mascarpone should be like :!: :!:

Hi Tim

I made some recently with kefir which was not unlike yours in appearance. Tasted good, and made a good sauce.

There's a picture in the Kefir thread of some marscapone.
