Well I figured everyone else had their stuff up I might as well show you what I have. This is my first large scale garden that I've ever done. So far so good.

Here is my tomatoes, peppers, carrots and various herbs

Potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, squash, beets & cucumbers

Your garden looks great to me, well done! :D I think that when all those plants start producing, you will have a huge harvest. Start making plans now as to what you are going to do with it all.

Yeah Paul I have started with getting the tried and true/family recipes. I'm going to start stock piling all the ingredients in a couple of weeks. The only thing I can't find is too many recipes for canning zucchini.

Is it one that you open progressively from the bottom upwards?

I recently bought some seeds and have been germinating them for the past 36 hours, only one has germinated so far. I planted it in a 5 litre/ 1 gallon pot and put it outside in the sunlight. So I'd like to know if what i did is correct or if i needed to do something else before planting in the big pot?
