4-6 chicken breast halves or 8 thighs bone in
1 c (250 mL) soy sauce
1/3 c (100 mL) white wine or sake or sherry
2/3 c ( 200 mL) water
1 garlic clove minced fine
1 t ( 4 g) ginger grated
zest from 2 oranges
juice from 2 oranges
pepper

Marinate 8 hours in a zip bag with the air squeezed out in the fridge then grill with indirect heat basting as the chicken gets turned. Do not save marinade. Good with grilled vegatables and white rice (and beer). Should look like this:

Paul

I hate you! I've just come home, and as the cockney's say: I'm Lee Marvin! (starving). Then you post this!

Oh well, I'll see if the mice have left any cheese on the traps that I can eat and then get to bed!

Phil
