Air dried cured meat and salami recipes

it's a very low temperature, 200oF is only 94oC
Save the enviroment, we cant afford to loose more animals, what will we use for variety in sausges, i for one would have liked a dodo banger!

fair enough
however when i've finished off jerky in the oven, i've done it on the pilot light only . . .
