all beef bratwurst recipes small batch please 10# or less lets make it a contest winner gets bragging rites I am the judge recipes must be in by 02/01/07 winner will be crowned on 05/27/07 ready set go

We are still awaiting the winner of the last sausage contest. We should finish one before moving on to another. IMHO
