That site is great! This is just what Ive been looking for. I have pleanty of Deer and Pheasant to grind up and do somthing with. Thanks guys.

Very glad to hear the links helped you out TiMX! I have an increadible supply of wild game myself so I am always on the prowl for sausage & cured meat recipes for wild game.Happy hunting!
