Welcome to the forum tongs.

Thank you for such a comprehensive introduction to yourself. To think I knew nothing about you before... :D

This was all I could find out about the sausage recipe you requested.

Kransky Yugoslavian a hunter sausage that is mainly pork with beef & pepper, coriander, garlic and nutmeg. No preservatives. Smoked for 8 hrs then simmered.

I have emailed my son in Australia and asked him to try to find out any information regrding the kranski's. (isn't that the 2 scottish comedians?) I did find out by trawling the web that it is a sausage eaten a lot in Australasia. He said he would purchase a pack for tea one evening, so it may well be just a list of ingredients... mainly 'E' numbers no doubt. I'll keep you informed either way.

I don't know if you are still looking for the ingredients, but
Len Poli has a recipe for Kransky on his site now.
