Spicy Garden Cocktail


Here is where you use that liquid you drained off the salsa, mix it with equal parts tomato juice

add spices and heat to boiling

pour into sterile jars

it's that simple your done, except for the clean up. LOL

5 L. salsa decanted liquid
5 L . Tomato juice
5 Tbs. coarse salt
5 Tbs. Hot sauce
3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt

Yes it does make a great Ceasar, or you can mix it with beer.
But I like it chilled for a breakfast drink.
