3 cups oo flour
1/3 of a cup of Wholemeal flour
1 tablespoon Wheat germ
1 and a bit cups of water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 a teaspoon castor sugar
2 teaspoons dry yeast
Machine knead 10 minutesish
Let stand for 12 hours
re-knead 3 minutes
form into a loaf and slash and dust with flour
leave overnight (12 hours)
Bake for 1 and a half hours at 150C (fan forced)
With a tray of water in the oven too.
great flavour,will definitely make again.
(will also try with my sour dough mother when its got bubbly enough)
