Gluten Free Bread Making

Hi All.
Hoping where ever you are in the world at this most tragic time that you are safe and well.
Reason for this question is driven from the crisis we are facing.
I have three family that are gluten free and are finding it extremely hard to buy gluten free bread.
They have no cooking skills as well -
I have spend a few hours on the net looking for the "best proven recipes" - found these report to have the "best GF ever" but are usually hooked back to a sponsor somehow..
I have looked here and haven't as yet seen anything that the experts are recommending for us home bakers.
Is there such a thing, believe this would be the place to find out. On this forum there are members like me that are triers and there are the experts that have skills, knowledge and proven recipes that "work" .
I do have a bread maker that hasn't seen light of day for a few years.
Have made normal bread from scratch before but never GF (scary stuff).
I found a recipe from our famous Oddley - Is it as simple as replacing gluten flours with a mixture of GF flours. What are these, what else has to be added or removed and what Technics are involved.
Hoping for some assistance from bread experts that have a recipe for GF Bread, rolls, cakes or anything please help.
Happy to try anything as long as its recommended and proven.
Thanks in advance
