I wish to make some biscuits in the Dr.Karg - Fox's wheaten range. Not having much luck searching. Criteria: not sweet, raised a bit (not Swedish style), seeds (pumpkin, linseed) desirable, Any ideas?

I dont know whether this helps but anyway,

Dr Karg Organic Whole Grain Crispbread Spelt are:

Wholegrain wheat flour*, sunflower seeds* (11%), sesame* (9%) linseeds* (3%), water, oat flakes*, sea salt, yeast, barley malt extract(*=organic ingredients)

No oil or fat

Details of others are at:

Ocado Shop Website

In theory it should be possible to work it out from these with a bit of trial and error.

I've never had these but maybe start with:
68% wholegrain flour
11% sunflower seeds
9% sesame seeds
3% linseeds
3% water
3% oatflakes
1.5% salt
1.0% yeast
0.5% (or less) malt extract

Mix it all together, leave for a while for the yeast to activate, roll out and make biscuits, leave to rise untill they're about half as 'inflated' as you want - bake in a hot oven - say 200°C

...and it'll probably be nothing like what you're after!

You've seen the prices! And can conclude why I wish to bake my own.
Thanks for the info.

It's funny you should mention the prices - I wrote about this in relation to water biscuits only a couple of days ago on my blog.

Good luck with your experiments.
