First Sourdough Loaf

I made a first attempt at a couple of sourdough loaves based on Dan Lepard's recipe (The Hand Made Loaf) and baked them in the WFO after a pizza lunch on Sunday.

Very pleased with the result, good crumb structure though a little burnt on the bottom but a great, not too sour, taste. Made with some locally grown and milled unbleached organic white bread flour. Will definitely make this again.
