I came across these today in Penrith.
Apple and cinnamon bread flour Wessex Mill brand.fromClarks(Wantage)Wessex Mill Wantage Oxon.

Stoneground organic Pizza and ciabatta strong wheat flour from Gilchesters Organics of Northumberland.

Has anybody any experience or tips before I start to play with my new toys.

I suspect that somebody from Oxford must have seen one of them

many thanks Jim

Wantage is 25 miles away from me and to my shame I haven't visited there yet... Most of their standard flours are stocked in my local farm shop less than a mile away, apple and cinnamon isn't one of them.

I was able to buy Wessex Mill flour when I lived near Chepstow. It's very good, with lots of interesting variations.
