I popped into the local farm shop for some sweet corn and they had a 16kg bag of Wessex Mill Cobber flour that they'd got in by mistake and opened before realising it was the wrong flour for their day to day baking. It had £12.30 (which is the price of a 10kg bag) crossed out and £7.00 written on it...

They were selling it for £7.00 because they'd opened it, and were delighted that someone could get some use out of it. It was only when I got it home and put it on the bathroom scales that I realised it was a bigger bargain than I initially thought it was...

Now, if it was me I'd pay for a 16kg and get home and find out it was a 10kg!

I look forward to seeing some of the things you make with it Dave.
