Interesting new product

If like me you make your own bread there is an interesting new product from Emma at Kitchen Foods. Some years ago I discovered her bread improver, which I have used ever since to very good effect. She has now launched a concentrated bread mix in four flavours which is added to white bread flour, and produces a beautiful, tasty loaf, and it is so easy. I have made the corn and spelt and look forward to trying the other three. At the moment there is an introductory offer of a kilo of each of the four types, plus bread improver and liquid bread softener which I bought. Each kilo makes up to 20 loaves. This won't be for the purists out there who make bread by hand, but if like me you have to come up with a loaf a day almost, they are a very good way if ringing the changes.
Check out if you are interested.

Cheers Jen

I've just had an email from Emma at Kitchen foods to say she is giving away her multipack of these free. You pay for the bread improver and stay soft liquid (£6 ish) and the p & p. Use by date is the end of Feb, no problem for me and I'll give some to my daughter. The corn and spelt is particularly nice.
Thought I would pass this on.
