gray mold on my prosciutto

first time with prosciutto, I put it in a narrow wine fridge and it tipped over so the meat joint was touching the side of the fridge. I didn't notice, must've been pressed up for at least a month. It's gray and furry, should I vinegar scrub it off?
I love buffets!
