Cure #2 still good?

Hi,
I'm going to make sausages today and noticed that the cure #2 I kept from last year is now white , its not pink anymore. Is it still good to use?
Not sure why it changed color.

My cure #2 is white, my cure #1 is pink. Don't get them mixed up. The cures should be good for several years properly stored.
