Collagen curing sheets

Do we have any members that have actually Collagen curing wrap sheets for making cured dried whole muscle meats like capocollo, bresaola, pancetta etc.
I just noticed them here advertised on a website in Melbourne. sausagesmadesimple.com.au
Cheaper that ox middles, no smell and easy to store. I like to know their positive/negative use.
