Desperately seeking sausage site

Postby Rob6014 » Mon Oct 03, 2005 11:31 pm

I am searching for that sausage making site - the one that gives recipes for just about every sausage known to man, explains how to make salami etc and how to make your own drying cabinet from an old refrigerator. A US site and run by the owner, not any manufactoring company. My computer passed away and I lost the address! Anyone know which site I mean? I want it back! Please!
Cheers

Hi Rob6014, welcome
Are you thinking of Len Poli's site at http://home.pacbell.net/lpoli/, or are you thinking of the northwestsmoking site, which was shut down a few months ago? Len has quite a few recipes and general details on how he made his drying cabinet. Alternatively, you could look around this site, which has good recipes, advice, and some thoughts on making mini-drying cabinets.

Quick update
Gerry (or Jerry) Fowlers website was archived before shutdown, so one can find it at
