Who's doing what in the UK for National Sausage Week

Just curious, since we don't really have anything like it in the US, though I believe that July might have been "National Hot Dog Month" here, among many other recognitions. Maybe I'll have to petition my congressman for one next year and see what happens. The sausage week thing appears to be fairly big in the UK, I seem to see a fair amount about it on the net. Are any of you going to cash in on the hoopla, or are you just going to chow down on home-made sausage and relax?

This year I'm doing a special sausage blend and all the proceeds will go to Cystic Fibrosis research, national sausage week is run by the meat and ivestock commision to promote British meat.
