I've added a brine pump and a brine metre to the store, they are made in Germany by F.Dick and are very high quality. I'll be selling a budget brine pump when they arrive from the US in the next few weeks.

Are there any more products you would like to see?

I wonder if one could use a giant veterinary syringe instead. I'll ask my sister-in-law who is a vet.

The needle on the pump has lots of holes allowing the brine to penetrate evenly, I presume a vet's syringe has only one hole at the end.

Aha, I see what you mean - you basically press the pump right in, and inject, and do this all evenly over the piece of meat. I suppose you could do something similar with a syringe, but might just take a more work.

Do you know how much the cheaper syringes will be?
