Hello.
I just found your site this weekend. I am a beer brewer who would like to get into Sausage making.
I have made Summer Sausage twice. Just with a premade spice mix. I am looking in to all diferant types of sausage but for right now I am trying summer sausage.
I have 10lbs or so of Pheasant I would like to make into summer sausage or peperoni. Any help on that would be great.
