sorry.I went for a walk when I got back the OH had portioned them and put them in the freezer. Was a bit iffy as I only had half the pea protien I needed so mad up the other half with soya protien. Used the chocolate at 0.3% (looks a lot) beer is Coniston breweries blacksmih ale. The left over from the stuffer I made a Yorkie pud mix rolled the sausage meat into balls and made a sort of toad in the hole. I like the beer sausage and I think the chocolate adds a bit.Dont need a dark beer as these usually contain chocolate malt.
