Cure 2 and cooking

Have just made some Chorizo which contains cure 2, there is some left over that didn't go into skins, questions?,
1:can I cook it with cure 2 in it,
2: should I leave it to cure like the sausages and eat as is (will it lose weight?),
3: can I freeze now?
