Just wanted to say a quick hello after registering here. I’m Simon and I write a blog which reviews sausages good and bad. The aims are to promote British pork production, British farming, independent butchers, and to highlight the supermarkets’ “inadequacies”.
I’d also love to try some of your home made sausages some time, but I guess transportation would be a problem....any ideas?
