Good morning people,
Just wanted to say a quick hello after registering here. I’m Simon and I write a blog which reviews sausages good and bad. The aims are to promote British pork production, British farming, independent butchers, and to highlight the supermarkets’ “inadequacies”.
I’d also love to try some of your home made sausages some time, but I guess transportation would be a problem....any ideas?
Anyway, nice to be here, and keeeeeeeeep frying!

Welcome to the forum. 
I would encourage you to think about making your own sausage if you don't already. There are plenty of members here that will help you get started. We try each others sausages by sharing the recipe.

Hi Simon, I've caught your blog a couple of times in the past - well done.
Have to say though that no national appraisal of the quality of sausages being made around the place can possibly be complete without having tried the wares of some of the folks on here!
