Im a long term admirer of both Bobby Bare and Shel Silverstein.
I was pleased with the sausage texture considering it was 25% liquid.I think I could push the chocolate content a bit further.Im not sure if I have a great feeling for which beer goes best or,more likely,any beer will do.
