Hi just joined

Hi my names Vicki, I've made a few snags, some good some hmmm edible. :roll:

So I'm a learner, I had to clear the freezer of the cuts of beef bagged to make sausages as we're about to have two steers go in, which meant doing some over two weeks.

I did two different sorts, one was Date and the other Tomato, Onion and Garlic but the density wasn't great. So just did Date and Chilli and Tomato, Onion and Peri Peri and made sure this time I added Rice Flour and yah got the density this time and it made a huge difference to the flavours.

Now I'm looking forward to getting into making some more over the winter months.

Welcome Vicki! You came to the right place, loads of informative and helpful people here. Read up a lot, ask questions, and soon you will find yourself becoming obsessed with this hobby (at least that is what happened with me!)
