Hi,
Are there any members in Hobart that are into making fresh sausages, curing, smoking and/or drying sausages, bacon etc as well as smoking fish.
My wife and I will be in Hobart on holidays the last week of August, I would like to meet up with some keen charcuterie makers if convenient. Just email or message me.
