Breadcrumb Vs Rusk

Hi Darkstream

OOI I defrosted some sausages I made approx 6 weeks ago with bread crumb (c10%) and had them this morning for breakfast. I personally did not experience a sour taste, but that could say more about my taste buds rather than the sausage :lol:

Thanks for the info though on making your own rusk I am going to give it a try this weekend.
