Searching for Cincinnati style mets

I am searching for a recipe for Cincinnati style mets. If anyone can help me in my quest, I'd love to hear from you!-Gerard

I made the recipe on Len Poli's site in 32 mm cellulose casings and smoked them for three hours and poached them to finish. After cooling, they were peeled and grilled. They tasted very much like what I had at the brewery across from the Reds ballpark. Welcome to the forum.
