isn't it great...?

when you have been working on a recipe formulation for months on end and then suddenly everything is made worthwhile, and all the times you wondered if you were just being too damn fussy fall away, because you finally hit just what you were looking for...

Happy to share recipe, but its as much about getting the onion chutney right as it is about then getting the sausage mix right too!

Phil, it's one I've been working on with another butcher. I'll post the recipe later.
