well these all sold within a few minutes posted on facebook and regular customers, question is I need to go bigger but do not have the room.

I get the minced pork/beef from the butcher that supplies where I,m working (I will be out of work by Christmas) currently paying £5 per bag, sometimes 2kg sometimes 1.5 kg a bag, I do not make a great profit on these, probably 5p a banger :(, so need to go bigger as I,ll get a bulk of meat cheaper but do not have the room to store it.......

What should i do moving forward?

What you need to do, if you've not already done so, is register your food business with the local authority.

That said, I assume that you have.

In which case, as far as I can see, the most profit comes from using the least processed meat.
