I have had a bad experience on ordering two items recently from Groupon.

One was a Monte Regio ham etc.

I sent an email reply to them.

"Re’ the ham. I have had to accept damaged gods in order to make sure that a product sold by you, for which you quoted a short delivery time for, but which in practice had taken absolutely ages to arrive, is here in time for Christmas. "
