Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year to all of you.
A big thankyou for all the sound advice and interesting reading, I have learned a lot here.

Not such a big thankyou to whoever invented cocktail sausages.. I've just made over a stone of the things... 25 to 30 to the lb, all individually linked and cut and then packed.. T'was a long day what with that, the Gala Pie, chicken liver and mushroom pate.. Reckon I'll have to teach the wife to cook pretty soon

Best wishes, Paul Kribs

Yes, I hope everyone here has a merry christmas, and a good new year without too many damaging hangovers. :D It's been quite an education participating in and reading the forums.

Big thanks to everybody for their input over the last year and for helping to make this THE BEST forum for sausage-making and home curing on the planet.
Merry Christmas everyone and a very prosperous and sausage filled New Year.

P.S. Remember, don't drink and drive (well just don't drive, it's easier).

I echo all that has been said. We are lucky to have such an excellent forum none of which would be possible without the help and advice of everyone concerned, so I thank you one and all for helping me along the way.

Hope 2006 brings you all you wish for.

Cheers Hic! WW
