Hi People
I thought I should introduce myself having browsed (and enjoyed) this forum for about a year now. I am no stranger to the meat industry although it is only fairly recently that I have developed a real enthusiasm for making my own charcuterie products and could really use some advice with regard to a number of projects that I would like to undertake.
Anyway, just like to say hello to everyone.
