People everywhere tend to get more creative when there's a shortage of extra cash. Hell here in the USA 49.6% are on some sort of assistance to survive.

We keep getting told by our Government to 'diversify and adapt to new ways' so I suspect it's political !

Probably got something to do with not being able to afford to heat homes these days too!
