Happy New Year gang! I celebrated my 33rd birthday today as well so I'm nursing a double hangover that only good home cured bacon can fix. ;)

In addition it was one year ago today that I discovered this amazing forum ... I have come forward in leaps and bounds from where I was but there is still so much more to learn. Thanks to everyone in the group for all your friendly advice and dedication ... here's to another great year in charcuterie!

Happy birthday mate...It's mine today too...albeit a few more years on the plant. I still maintain if count only the birthday's I remember I'm still a teen ager 8)
