Asda have boneless pork shoulder on offer @£2.00 a kilo. Nice price for making sausage.

Picked up a piece yesterday - expected it to be lower shoulder (hand) but turned out to be the spare rib cut and would have made a nice roast (cut some up for a Vindaloo curry) will be going back for more, only complaint is there's not enough fat on to make sausage !

Interesting £4.55 per kilo in Eastbourne store. (south coast)?????????
