Sure, I don't make enough sausage (yet) to NEED a bigger grinder, but bigger is better and shiny is nice too. Now I just have to empty the freezer to make room for a lot of new experiments. I went for the LEM #12 to replace my #8. I might have to leave it on display on the counter as a stainless work of art
