Just registered and emailed admin for approval etc
So, as manners dictate i'll introduce myself here and wish everyone continued success with their culinary endeavors, I am hoping to learn from the vast wealth of information on here. At first glance it sure seems daunting, but as with any new subject I am sure that is normal.
Anywhooo, My name is Gary, and I have been living as an Expatriate for 15 years in Mexico, need to produce some sausage to go with my homemade H.P style brown sauce (maybe i can post a recipe for that)
I am sure I will have lots of questions, and will read the forums first, before aggravating, haha!
