Morrisons pork offer.

Morrisons have shoulder pork on offer @£2.00 per kilo. Good enough for pulled pork this weekend or even a tasty sausage recipe.

Flamin' Ada, that's cheap. Morrison's stuff is usually pretty good. Is it their own, or vac-packed EU?

Thanks for the tip off. Got thirty five quids worth.
Hand making some chourico with the first 3kg - now all chopped into tiny pieces and all mixed up with the salts/sugars/garlic/bell pepper paste/wine/olive oil and in the fridge for the next three days.
Hand stuffing through a stuffing funnel at the end of the week.
Looking forward to doing it as it was done centuries ago (except for the 'new world' ingredient)
