British sausage week competition idea's
Posted: Tue Oct 05, 2004 10:09 pmHi everybody I noted Franco's post on the announcements section about this asking for idea's for a competition unfortunately it is impossible to reply to that thread so here is one I started.
How about a sausage recipe competition with three or four different categories suggestions would be :
1) Best Traditional Category
2) Best Gourmet Category
3) Best Novelty Category
4) Best Cured Category
5) Best Fresh Category
Finally for fun
6) the most innovative category
Prizes needn't be expensive or big, perhaps a �1 or �2 pound fee for each entry that will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust?
I am sure the keen banger makers at sausagemaking.org would be only too happy to try the recipes and give their opinions?
Anyway just a thought
