Vacation Time!

Postby ComradeQ » Sat Jun 25, 2016 3:04 pm

I'm just doing some final packing before I embark on my much needed vacation. Flying out tonight to Warsaw, Kiev, Moscow, and St Petersburg and very excited to get away to places I have never visited. Meeting my friend in Warsaw and we travel together the rest of the trip. I told him my one mandatory condition was that we sample as many cured/smoked/local specialities along the way ... so excited and hungry!

So anyone else have any exciting vacation plans this year?

No plans as such. Just grabbing a couple of days here and there.

Your trip sounds fantastic, have a great journey.

I'll be paying my usual autumn visit to Georgia, Alabama & New Mexico in October (I'm a self confessed 'gun nut') & I always get to sample the products of my friends' or my own hunting & shooting.
Lot's of venison in one form or another, including antelope & elk sausages.
Had black bear burgers a couple of seasons back.

Just got back from a week in Spain. Heading to France at the end of August for a wedding weekend, then off to Portugal for two weeks in September! 8)
