Had a busy day today, made 4lbs of fresh Chicken sausage with my new no name chinese 700 watt grinder, for 50 dollars i wasnt expecting much, to my suprise it preformed very well, didnt even get it faster than the half speed, Used 100% thighs with skin and looks just right fat wise, left it the freezer a bit too long and it was grinding ice a bit but no troubles, if i had to critisise it i would say its noisy, plus it only has 2 plates, 8mm and 4mm, oh and 2 more but for using as a stuffer i think. here is a link to it

I also bought a nice side of Salmon because i had been reading Wheels site and didnt realise how easy it seems to do home made smoked salmon (well seems easy on your site Wheels ) had to cut it in 2 because my smoker isnt wide enough for a whole side, its in the ref covered in Italian sea salt until tomorrow.
