As the title says, im craving a good British Sausage roll, anyone have a good Sausage meat recipe?

I always use this with store bought puff pastry:

Ah yes, from Phil's Blog, looks good. I will be using shop bought Puff Pastry also.

Somehow i was thinking it would use cure #1 to get that flavor. Ill give it a try, thank you

You know Phil i have had that recipe forever and have never tried it, i just might (i also may just use shop bought) lol, depends how lazy i feel at the time.

I tend to up the seasoning a bit when I do them and add a little flour to the mix to bind the fat a bit more, but they look as if they don't need it..
