Spring is here and winter curing is done

I just took out this winters project from my drying frig. I have 4 logs of Salami, 2 Bresaola, and 2 Coppa. All is good and will be using this as the season changes and we can enjoy a bit of wine, cheese, and home cured meats outside.

To all of you out there, yes you can do this at home.
