Postby Ian Wright » Sat Sep 16, 2017 9:16 pm

I have been trying to find bone marrow butter.
Up here in Scotland it's difficult to find.

I've never eaten or made this, but here's an online recipe if that's any help:

Hi Wheels.
What I understand it's been around for a while now.
It's used for adding to burgers and steaks it comes in a large casings like a black pudding .
It's grateed over the meat before cooking and adds flaver and juice.
